Carrtic – Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Carrtic mobile application and related services (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Company Information

The Platform is operated by:

ALNJAM ALAALI SOFTWARE DESIGN CO. L.L.C
A company registered in the United Arab Emirates, operating from Dubai, UAE.

Carrtic operates as a technology platform and payment facilitator.

3. Nature of the Platform (IMPORTANT)

Carrtic is not a valet parking provider.

Carrtic:

• Provides a technology platform that connects users with independent third-party valet and parking service providers ("Service Providers")
• Facilitates payments, booking flow, and operational coordination
• Does not perform parking or valet services

All valet and parking services are performed by independent, vetted third-party companies, governed by applicable local laws and regulations, and provided directly by the Service Provider to the user.

Carrtic is not a party to the service agreement between the user and the Service Provider.

4. User Eligibility & Accounts

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for immediately notifying Carrtic of any unauthorized use.

5. Services Offered Through the Platform

Through the Platform, users may:

• Request valet or parking services from participating Service Providers
• Manage vehicle details
• Purchase subscription plans or individual service passes
• Request vehicle retrieval
• Track service status where available

Service availability is not guaranteed and depends on location, time, and Service Provider availability. Carrtic makes reasonable efforts to facilitate service requests but does not guarantee fulfillment.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

6.1 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Carrtic collects payments as a payment facilitator and agent
• Carrtic may deduct platform fees or commissions
• Remaining amounts are remitted to Service Providers
• Carrtic does not control or guarantee Stripe's services

6.2 Subscriptions

• Subscription plans provide a defined number of service passes per billing cycle
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period
• Unused passes do not roll over
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• Refunds, if any, are governed by Carrtic's refund policy

7. No Insurance & Assumption of Risk (CRITICAL)

Carrtic does not provide insurance of any kind.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Carrtic does not insure vehicles, property, or personal belongings
• Valet and parking services are used at your own risk
• Any insurance obligations rest solely with the Service Provider (if applicable)

Carrtic is not responsible for theft, damage, accidents, vandalism, weather-related incidents, or loss of personal items.

8. Vehicle Condition & Damage Claims

You are responsible for:

• Reporting pre-existing damage before service begins
• Removing personal belongings from the vehicle

If damage occurs:

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours
• Claims are handled directly with the Service Provider
• Carrtic may assist in facilitating communication but is not liable

Late or unreported claims may be rejected.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with Platform operations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Harass or abuse Carrtic staff or Service Providers

Violation may result in account suspension or termination, denial of service, and legal action where applicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by Carrtic or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Carrtic is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Carrtic is not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of Service Providers
• Carrtic's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you through the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carrtic from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Disputes between you and Service Providers

13. Modifications to Terms

Carrtic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Users will be notified of material changes via the Platform or email.

Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
